Founded by Ms. Linda Pratt in 2020, the Community Empowerment Partners (CEP), Inc. (aka, the Empowerment and Urban Community Outreach Programs, Inc.) was established as a 501c(3) non-profit corporation targeting underserved communities throughout the United States and Africa.

Our mission is to provide underserved communities with opportunities to improve health, prevent chronic diseases, and reduce health disparities among the residents with the highest risk, or burden, of chronic diseases .

While visiting the villages in November of 2022, Ms. Pratt was fortunate enough to walk the grounds of the future location of the Program Resource Center, donated by WORABA Chief Nana Ataapim Kweenu IX.
